The ailing younger brother of the late Kaduna State Governor, Patrick Ibrahim Yakowa has passed on.
According to reports, Adamu passed on at the Kafachan General hospital, area of Jema’s local government of Kaduna State.
The family have been thrown into double mourning after losing another member of the household.
Sources say Adamu, until his death battled with some undisclosed ailment. Sources said had been sick even before the death of the late Kaduna helmsman who died in naval helicopter crash in Bayelsa State on December 15 2012.
A family member, Shagari Borgo confirmed the death to the media; he said the deceased died at about 8:30am yesterday.
The family is expected to formally announce the demise of the late Adamu.
