Army Reviews Curfew In Adamawa

A review of the curfew imposed on Adamawa state at the wake on the declaration of the state of Emergency in the state has been announced by The 23rd Brigade of the Nigerian Army.

A statement issued in Yola and signed by the Brigade Commander, Brigadier General Fatai Oladipo Alli indicated that the timing of the curfew will now change from 7pm-6am daily to 8pm-5am daily with effect from Thursday, the 14th of June.

The Army, in the statement, extends its appreciation to the people of the state for the level of co-operation received so far, and advised all law abiding citizens to go about their lawful businesses within the new stipulated timing of the curfew.

It equally solicited the co-operation and assistance of the people in reporting any suspicious movement or persons to the nearest security post.
