Job Description
- Achievement of the assigned total and  product wise sales targets
- Product registration at the Hospitals & Â Institutions
- Manages a team of  Medical Reps covering hospitals &  institutions
- Distributor Management and Control on  Account Receivables’
- Coaching, Counselling, Training the medical  reps to develop the team
- Felid Visits jointly to the reps territory
- Monitoring and providing feedback on the  reps reports
- Competition and Market feedback, conducting  periodic market surveys
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum Qualifications:Â B .Pharm/BSc Life Sciences
- Minimum Experience:Â 2 years experience in a managerial position in a multinational pharmaceutical company specifically handling hospital & Institutional sales
- Job Specific Skills:Â Good communication and presentation skills, aggressive, good Leadership and interpersonal skills, good man management skills
