Veteran Nollywood actress — Shan George, is known to be a feisty character and not a right move to get on her wrong side.
Shan George, who manages her second son, ever since he became a musician has accused his London record label for releasing his 2nd single on Monday without her listening to it as his mother and manager.
She also complained that the music was too long and it might be a challenge when they have to shoot the video, adding that most TV stations in Nigeria don’t take in music videos that exceed a certain number of minutes.
But while reacting to Shan’s claim, a representative of the music label, Ms Linda Jacks said,
“The song wasn’t given to the artiste’s manager before release, because when we released Jaga’s other song ‘Mboro’ two months ago, Shan George gave out the song to too many people before the release date, and that affected the monitoring the progress on the song out there. That is the reason our company decided not to give out the song to anyone before release date,” she said.
But when a reporter reached Jega himself, he said something entirely different;
“I’m doing good music. The two ladies, my mom and promoter should be dancing instead of fighting,” the boy concluded.
