Job Description
Model Structural Steelwork using the Tekla 3D Software Package to produce Fabrication drawings taken from the Model
- PDMS 3D Modeling for Review- if required
- Prepare and check M.T.O. (Material Take Off)
- Prepare weight Control Report (WRC)
- Review basic engineering drawings
- Develop detail engineering drawing
- Check and Control Fabrication
- Dimensional Check
- Fabrication Sequence
- Calculation of center of gravity
- Checking of shop drawing & detailed member drawing
- Preparing of erection drawings
- Preparing of Welding Length
- Preparing Piping Isometric & Pipe Spools
- Preparing As-Built Drawing
- Preparing bill of material & Paint Area
Skills and Experience
MUST HAVE USED TEKLA 3D SOFTWARE
Extensive experience in design reviews preparation of fabrication DWGs, MTOs
- Oil & Gas industry preferred, but not a must
- Min 5 years’ experience
