South Carolina woman arrested for attacking a man that allegedly farted in her face.
According to witnesses, Jessica Cerney was reportedly sleeping on her couch when her drunk 64-year-old neighbor walked in and passed gas near her face. First off, why is this guy walking into her home in the first place?
Apparently Jessica did not attack the gassy neighbor right away but felt that she should protect herself as he followed her outside the house. She went outside on Cedar Street trying to get away from him but he continued to follow her. She should have called police especially if she felt threatened.
The neighbor, Darrell McKnight, allegedly started yelling at Jessica with insults and approaching her in a “threatening manner.”
McKnight came away from the confrontation with a swollen right eye, which required medical attention.
The woman should have called police as soon as her neighbor was in her house, drunk and while she slept. Cerney and McKnight have both been charged for fighting although McKnight should have probably been hit with a few more charges.
