Men of the Adamawa State Police Command on Friday arrested two Police officers over the alleged murder of two Fulani youths in Toungo Local Government Area of the state.

The incident, which occurred around 5 pm, in front of the local government headquarters, was reportedly as a result of an argument over a N50 bribe.

The National Liaison Officer of Miyetti Allah, Malam Sanusi Bara told journalists in Yola that “It would have been bloody if leaders of the group had not pleaded seriously with the angry crowd.”

According to him, the names of the deceased are Jibo and Maikudi.

He also displayed some bullet shells with number BO80/811, NNY 1987. He claimed that they were picked at the scene of the incident.
