Odd News Blog has more:

Maresova was initially arrested after the death a 70-year-old woman who died from potassium poisoning. Maresova has now admitted to killing five more patients over a 4 year period.

All victims were seniors who needed intensive treatment. The woman killed them because she wanted to make her life easier by having less patients to take care of during her shift.

According to the police investigation, Maresova injected potassium directly into the bloodstream of the patients. All were in the intensive care unit of the hospital. Maresova faces life in prison.
