Mu’azu To Fayose: Provide Evidence I Worked For APC

GEJ-FAYOSE-MUAZU

The war of attrition between the Governor of Ekiti State, Mr. Ayodele Fayose and National Chairman of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Alhaji Adamu Mu’azu continued on Thursday as the latter took to Twitter to debunk allegations that he (Mu’azu) worked for the opposition All Progressives Congress in the last general elections.

The PDP chair was reacting to a claim by Mr. Fayose on Tuesday that he was in possession of evidence to prove that Mr. Mu’azu worked for the APC.

“…He sold the party to the opposition. I have cogent evidence of his unholy alliance with the opposition before the elections and if they go any further, I will expose all his underhand deals”, the governor had said.

In response, the embattled PDP chair, who was conspicuously missing during Tuesday’s inauguration of the party’s Post-Election Review Committee, dared the Ekiti governor to go ahead and make public evidence of the unholy alliance he claims to have that could nail him.

Mr. Mu’azu, however, expressed the hope that the evidence won’t be the same type Mr. Fayose claimed to have in the build-up to the elections that then APC candidate, Muhammadu Buhari, was dying.
