APC Chieftain Explains ‘Slow Pace’: Buhari Has To Study Nigeria’s Problems Before Embarking On Reforms

Muhammadu Buhari

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Francis Inegbeniki, has expressed confidence in President Muhammadu Buhari, whom he says remained determined to reposition Nigeria for greatness.

He spoke following comments that the president has been slow in making decisions and effecting the change he promised during his electioneering campaign.

However, Inegbeniki believes that the slow pace of the president is for the best. He therefore urged Nigerians to be patient with him.

“It is better for Mr. President to study the problems facing the country critically before embarking on the reforms that will bring about the long awaited change,” Vanguard quoted him to have said.

Inegbeniki also appealed to Nigerians to continue praying for President Buhari, as he was sent by God to salvage the country.
