Boxing: Tyson Fury To Fight Heavyweight Champ, Wladimir Klitschko

Tyson Fury has agreed to fight reigning Heavyweight World Champion Wladimir Klitschko.

The 26-year-old unbeaten British boxer (24-0; 18KOs) will be challenging for Klitschko’s WBA, WBO, IBF and IBO crowns in the German city of Duesseldorf.

Klitschko (64-3; 53KOs), who has not lost a fight for 11 years, confirmed on his Twitter account, saying: “Done deal. Looking forward to the fight on October 24th.”

“Don’t matter where this fight is, Ukraine, Deutschland, Japan, it will be the same outcome,” Fury said on his own Twitter.

“The Gypsy King will come out of this fight as the best heavyweight on the planet..”
