50 Cent Sue Rick Ross For Stealing His Song ‘In Da Club’

Controversial rapper and businessman, 50 Cent has sued Rick Ross for allegedly ripping off his hit song, ‘In Da Club’ and remixing it to promote his new album, ‘Black Market’.

Curtis Jackson aka 50 Cent claims that Ross unlawfully used his hit song for publicity without his permission.
Ross raps over ‘In Da Club’ on a free mixtape titled ‘Renzel Remixes,’ which is being used to advertise his upcoming album.

According to the lawsuit, which was filed on Wednesday, December 23 in a federal court in Connecticut, 50 is demanding $2million in damages.

In addition to the $2 million in damages, 50 Cent’s lawyers are also looking for a court order to prevent Ross from using any of the rapper’s trademarks or work.
