The Senate Wednesday passed the 2016 Appropriation bill that reduces spending by N17bn and eliminates several billion Naira shortfall.

Meanwhile, Senate President Bukola Saraki has signed the appropriation bill which was passed few hours ago.
“I just affixed my signature on the Senate’s approval of S.B. 212: The 2016 Appropriation Bill which passed today,” he wrote on Facebook.
