Bill Cosby’s Preliminary Hearing Begins

Bill Cosby’s attempt to delay the preliminary hearing on felony sexual assault charges have failed as the hearing gets underway Tuesday.

The charges from a 2004 case involves Andrea Constand, an employee at his alma mater, Temple University.

The Plaintiff said she was induced with pills and wine that left her hardly able to remain conscious, let alone consent to sex during a visit to his home in Philadelphia

Although it’s undecided whether Constand will attend the hearing, it will determine if prosecutors have substantial evidence to send the case to trial.
