A Chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has reacted to comments by an APC Senator, Dino Melaye (Kogi West).
Senator Dino reportedly threatened to beat up Senator Remi Tinubu, the wife of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu following a stormy closed door session on Tuesday.
The Senate was thrown into uproar following after the AGF again failed to respond to a summons to the Senate, prompting suggestions that a warrant for his arrest should be obtained.
Dino Melaye and some other Senators called the AGF’s snub an ‘affront to the Senate’ but Senator Remi Tinubu called for caution and asked Senators to refrain from making idle threats. Her comments did not sit well with Melaye who then reportedly told her “I will beat you up on this floor and nothing will happen,”
Bola Tinubu’s Spokesman, Sunday Dare issued a response to Melaye, chiding him and labeling him a disgrace to the Nigeria Senate. “And if Dino thinks nothing will happen if he dare beats up another Senator, then he must be living in a fools paradise”.
“Things will happen. Dino Melaye sunk to the lowest ever today. “From this point, it is downhill for him. A disgrace to the Senate of the Republic.”
Dino melaye is not better than those cow Fulani boys trek with from maiduguri to balyesa. Puppet like him, well that’s what u see/hear when a state vote miscreant to represent them in d Senate. This idiot has many time exposes his dull brain.
Of a truth, physical assault of any kind is a disgrace for a senator.

Do one blame our Senators? After all they are not being owed Salaries,when any of them are sick, they will go abroad for Treatment, they never sleep with out electricity,they. Never go ten miles to fetch water, and they and their Children eat 3sqr meals a day. They have all the time in the world to fight one another,instead of working things out in a civilized way. Almighty God will give we the Minorities who complains alot Leaders who have the Fear of God in Their Hearts and who loves their neighbors as their selves.
