Turkey Asks U.S To Extradite Cleric It Blames For Coup

Turkey has successfully put down a daring coup attempt by a section of the military on Friday night.

While PM, Binali Yildirim and President Erdogan are talking tough, a prominent cleric has been fingered in the plot.

The exiled Muslim cleric, Fethullah Gulen, who lives in Pennsylvania has been accused of fueling the coup and Turkish authorities are now demanding his extradition.

Over 190 people died in the coup attempt which occurred when President Erdogan was out of Turkey.
