Italy Holds Funeral For Earthquake Victims

A mass funeral for some of the victims of an earthquake in Italy was held today. The magnitude 6.2 earthquake hit the town of Amatrice on Wednesday and left 290 people dead. More bodies are still being discovered as rescuers continue to move rubble and debris.

 

Prime Minister Matteo Renzi was among those attending the funeral along with President Sergio Mattarella, who earlier visited Amatrice, the town with the most casualties.
