5 Hair Loss Remedies That Will Leave Your Hair Full And Healthy.

I am a naturalista as many would call it. I prefer to carry my natural hair and its quite a relieve actually. Although, the longer the hair gets, the harder it may be for some to maintain as the texture changes over time. Shedding hair is quite scary and difficult to handle. In my bid to look for something cheap and easy to use I came across these different remedies. And trust me, they are tested;

  • Coconut

It is no secret that coconut has several benefits for your hair; promoting hair growth as well as conditioning it. It has essential fats, minerals, and proteins which reduce hair breakage. You can also make use of coconut oil or milk to prevent hair fall. How? Warm a bit of coconut oil, massage it from your hair root to tip and wash after one hour. Either way, grate a coconut, squeeze out its milk and mix with a little water. Apply it on the area where you notice thinning or balding.Let it stay overnight and wash off the next morning.

  • Onion juice

Onion is known to be rich in sulfur which helps in hair growth. Using its juice on the scalp can help in controlling hair fall. Just start by chopping one onion finely, squeeze out its juice. Apply the juice on your scalp and let it stay for fifteen minutes. Then rinse with a mild shampoo and let your hair dry.

  • Garlic

Like the onion, garlic is also high in sulphur. One of the reasons it is used in a lot of hair regrowth products. You’d be surprised to know these beauty benefits of garlic. Simply crush a few cloves of garlic, add coconut oil to it and boil the mixture for a few minutes. When it cools down, massage it into your scalp. Leave for thirty minutes before washing your hair.

  • Lemon Juice

Not only does this one fruit  help control hair fall by tightening the pores in your scalp, they also contain alpha-hydroxy acids that exfoliate dead cells and eliminate dandruff in the process. The vitamin C in lemon makes it an essential nutrient that helps maintain hair health. Just cut each of the lemons and squeeze out a cup of lemon juice. Then strain the juice into a bowl, mix it with the warm water. After washing your hair, gently pour the mixture over your scalp while you massage the scalp at the same time. Wash off with cool water after five minutes. Although,  because lemons contain a high amount of acids, it is important to close your eyes as you pour the mixture over your head. It is also important to avoid using this remedy too often as it can dry out your hair.

  • Avoid stress

Yup! even though the absence of the right diet, vitamins, and nutrients intake usually play a huge role in hair loss, it is still true that stress is a big contributor to hair loss.
