Wellness; Common Habits That Trigger Headache

Nobody like a headache; mild or not. Although it is one of the ways your body tells you something’s wrong, there are times that other external factors may trigger this. Sometimes, headaches tell you something is wrong with your body. So for those of you who are like me (inquisitive and willing to know) here are a few things that trigger head aches;

  • Dehydration

Dehydration is when your body has little or no water in it! And this is sure to cause headache! Some studies have proven that when the body doesn’t get enough water it needs to function, it will protest a very disturbing headache. So when a headache shows up, ask yourself; “Have I taken enough water today?”

  • Not Enough Sleep

Lack of good sleep can trigger headaches. You should be getting at least 8 hours sleep daily so the body can recuperate. Sleep well.

  • Bad Diet

Not only is eating any and everything is dangerous for the body, it also causes headaches. Also, starving yourself is also another bad eating pattern. Food fuels the body.

  • Noise

Extremely loud music can cause headaches o! So, if you’re used to headphones, staying in a noisy office/environment among other things; it may be the root cause of that nagging headache all the time. So, avoid these environment if it can be done.
