According to the Nigerian Meteorological Agency(NIMET), there will be more hot days and warm nights. So, in order to stay healthy this period, here are 7 things you must adhere to.

1.Drink more water to stay hydrated

3.Avoid caffeinated and acoholic drinks during the period.

4.Reduce intake of food that are rich in protein because they increase metabolic heat.

5.Monitor your blood pressure

7.Take cold baths before going to bed at night
