Now in his latest post, Kirill, from the city of Pyatigorsk in Russia, shared an image wearing a long womanā€™s wig and make-up.

His photograph was shared by hundreds on social media and online trolls even compared his looks to Ukrainian singer Anastasia Prikhodko, 30.

One person, under the name Slo, said:Ā ā€œI feel sorry for his mother. Her only son turned out into such a freak.ā€

A second person, Da Uz, wrote:Ā ā€œItā€™s a shame he canā€™t be forced to get treatment.ā€

And a third, Mukhammad Taymoskhanov, added:Ā ā€œLet this day be a dream.ā€

Medics said his out-of-proportion 60cm (24inch) biceps could come at a terrible price to his health.

They warned that synthol can cause pulmonary embolisms, nerve damage, infections, stroke and oil-filled cysts or users in the muscle.

Kirill will often boast his ballooning muscles online, in a recent clip, the bodybuilder showed off his biceps as he declined the opportunity to fight a martial arts star.
