Almost A 100 Percent Europa League Campaign For The Blues As Willian Scores 10th Career Free Kicks For Chelsea

Brazilian winger, Willian, gave Chelsea the lead in the half hour mark after converting from a free kick he won following a marauding run in to opposition area during their Europa league clash with Videotone yesterday. With the goal yesterday, Willian has now scored  10 direct free kicks for the Blues  Since his Chelsea debut– more than any other player.

However the host got back into the game with a goal in each of the halves then Chelsea began to chase the game in the second half before French striker, Oliver Giroud, equalized for the Blues, deep into the second half with a stunning free kick and the tie finished in  stalemate.

Chelsea then finished the group stage campaign with five victories and a draw to finish top with 16 points. They would now wait till Monday to find out their opponents in the round of 32.
