‘He should do like me and accept the challenge’- Ronaldo urges Messi to make Serie A switch

Portuguese Forward, Cristiano Ronaldo, has urged Lionel Messi to make the switch to Italy to ‘accept the challenge’. The five-time Ballon d’or winner revealed this in an interview with Gazzetta dello sport

The 33-year-old joined the Italian champions in the summer of 2018 after a nine-year spell with Real Madrid, while Messi has spent his entire career with the Catalans. “Maybe Messi misses me. I’ve played in England, Spain, Italy, Portugal and with the national team while he’s always been in Spain. Maybe he needs more. For me, life is a challenge and I like it and I like making people happy. I’d like it if he came to Italy one day.” Cristiano told Gazzetta dello Sport

Meanwhile, the Portugese forward has enjoyed a fine start to the season for Juventus so far, scoring 10 goals and assisting five in the league this season.
