Jose Mourinho Denies Being ‘Happy’ At Manchester United

Manchester United coach, Jose Mourinho, has denied a release credited to his representative,Jorge Mendes, which states that the Portuguese is happy at Manchester United, has a contract with themĀ  and is committed to seeing his long term deal out at the Theater of Dreams.

The highly controversial agent made this disclosure after Manchester United got back to winning ways by beating Fulham 4-1 after going four league games without a victory.

What his agent said:

ā€œJose is very happy at the club and the club is very happy with him,ā€Ā  ā€œHe has a long-term contract with Manchester United and is fully committed to the club in building a solid winning project.ā€

However, Mourinho came out to debunk the statement yesterday while fielding questions from journalists ahead of their clash with Valencia today. The Portuguese submitted by saying he does not know anything about the statement.

What Mourinho said:

ā€œI have nothing to do with the statement. Itā€™s just a statement, not my statement,ā€ said Mourinho, ahead of Unitedā€™s Champions League clash at Valencia on Wednesday.
