Buhari has finally switched to valedictory mode – PDP

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has criticised president Muhammadu Buhari over his new year speech to Nigerians, as they accused him of finally switching to valedictory mode.

According to the opposition in a statement on Tuesday, Buhari’s speech was very pathetic, empty and shows that the president has finally given up. PDP said the president couldn’t mention any of his commitments on our national life.

President Buhari was also accused of being bereft of ideas and projections. Buhari was also said to have switched to valedictory mode, because he is now aware that Nigerians have no interest in reelecting him.

The 2019 New Year Speech of President Buhari is pathetic, empty and shows that the President has finally given up, following his irredeemable rejection by Nigerians ahead of the 2019 Presidential election.

President Buhari could not even articulate any concrete commitment on any sector of our national life. The President is not only bereft of ideas, he has also lost projections, having realized that Nigerians are not ready to give him a second term in office.
