Shehu Sani hails Tambuwal for suspending campaign in honour of 30 people murdered by armed bandits in his state

Kaduna Central Senator, Shehu Sani has hailed Aminu Tambuwal, governor of Sokoto state for suspending his campaign over the killing of over 30 persons in a village in the state.

Tammbuwal put his campaign in Goronyo local government on hold, because of at least 30 persons, allegedly murdered by suspected bandits in Wurwanna village, Gandi district of Rabah local government.

The bandits, were said to be over 100, when they attacked the village at about 1:30pm, fatally shooting sporadically anyone and anything at sight.

 

Commending the governor, the lawmaker said the act shows that the Tambuwal ‘walks the talk on morality’, because he showed that human lives is worth more than political ambition.
