Lagos State Government is a criminal organization, they are using criminals to rob innocent resident in day light, if a robber comes to your house is better than the criminal organizations in Lagos State. Because they are making money for the State they collect money unnecessarily from car owners and residents. Lagos State is a criminal state.( White collar crime)
