  25. INEC as a BODY can only make new rules and promise credible elections, but the feasibility of these rules largely depends on capable hands to execute the big project ahead of her. That is, covering an enormous country as Nigeria. For INEC to achieve her BIG DREAM, highly competent Data Entry Operators, Telecommuters, Knowledge Workers and as a thing of importance, Computer Science Students with real knowledge of Database must be INEC’s priority and not ‘big big’ certificates.

  26. To Prof. Jega
To have a credible election in this country, INEC chairman need to consider the payment of corps member into their individual Acc. since INEC have that instead of paying it through NYSC which may reduce the amount each corps member ought to get. we corps member are ready to do our job (registration) diligently without fear or favour. May God help us, God help the Federal republic of Nigeria.
