Key Responsibilities
Keep an up-to-date, accurate, comprehensive diary and schedule of all business activities, social, religious and other events, as well as ensure all updates are promptly included.
Make necessary travel arrangements on behalf of our client and in so doing liaise with various Travel Agencies/ Agents and Airlines as appropriate
Project a professional image of our client in handling several visitors, guests, business colleagues and other routine matters as instructed
Be responsible for construction, write up and review of highly motivational and tailor-made speeches at any social and/ or religious events as well as business functions at which our client is invited to speak
Communicate verbally and in writing to respond to telephone and/or other inquiries and provide necessary information of any sort on behalf of our client
Maintain an effective document and filing management structure for all our client’s correspondence, calendars and other important documents making information retrieval and utilization more effective
Perform any other assigned duties as delegated from time to time
A good first degree in any social sciences/ Business Administration
A second degree (Master or MBA) would be an added advantage
A member of any recognized professional body will be an added advantage
At least five years prior experience in a similar position
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
Ability to tale constructive criticism and very good interpersonal skills
Good muti tasking capabilities and result oriented
Good telephone manners
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Should be between the ages of 28 and 40 years
