Nokia Announces Free Java and Qt Training

Nokia which organised a free Java and Qt training in April has announced the second edition of its Java and Qt training.

Join Nokia on 29th – 31st August 2011 for this training course to get you up to speed with creating, developing and publishing Java and Qt applications for Nokia devices.

This three day training workshop will give you an overview of Java ME, review the exciting opportunities offered by Nokia’s Ovi Store, and cover Mobile Java programming essentials as well as mobile application development with Qt Quick. A fantastic opportunity to get guidance on your application development as well answer all your questions about Java and Qt Quick!

Pre-requisities:
The training is targeted for developers who already have knowledge of Java but may be new to Java on Nokia mobile phones. Participants should know at least Java basics (working with Java projects in the Netbeans IDE) before entering the course. Knowledge on the agenda topics of the event is not required.
