OVERALL PURPOSE
Strategic Business Advisors will manage and contribute to the sales, business development and delivery (when required) of the Engagement Practice solutions into selected customers in conjunction with the MANB Customer Unit.  The Strategic Business Advisor will work with the MANB account teams in securing borderless cooperation regarding customer relations, solutions, products and services with relevant accounts.  Working with the MANB MANB Customer Unit, the Strategic Business Advisor will develop a consultative led and solution based way of working.  Further to this, the Strategic Business Advisor will assist in development of MANB KAM’s account plan as well as strategy determination and fulfillment.
Strategic Business Advisors will be dedicated to the MANB Customer Unit and its associated geographical boundaries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Strategic Business Advisor, you’ll be responsible for building up a business through gaining new customers and accounts.
Your exact level of responsibility may vary widely from time to time, however your responsibilities are the following:
Initiate, sell and supervise Engagement Practice solutions within dedicated Customer Unit Accounts
Interact and present to customers complete solutions focused on customer issue resolution.  This will be developed with consistent interaction with the various Engagement Practices that may involve cross
Practice Solutions
  • Consistently guide and educate accounts on various Practice developments and show market insight and business acumen
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with all Engagement Practices
  • Planning and preparing presentations
  • Qualifying sales opportunities, create proposals, determine scope, execution strategy, close deals, contract handshake and contract manage Engagement Practice opportunities in line with the Ericsson Sales
Process
  • Support Core 3 with debriefing of stakeholders (delivery, steering group and handover to execution responsible
  • Participate in breakdown of Regional Sales targets into Account and Practice level, develop financial forecast/estimation to Regional Controller
  • Provide input to the Regional TRP
  • Nominate opportunities/projects to product owner for industrialization/best practice
  • Assist accounts with consultative way of working in all business activities
  • Assist Customer Unit and KAM’s of accounts in account strategy and planning
  • Participating in all key Customer Unit meetings and providing MANB management with feedback.

Qualifications
Education
Relevant Business degree (MBA preferable) and/or
Masters in Science or B.Eng (Telecom)
 Experience
–  5 Years management/strategy consulting experience at C-Level with proven record and/or
–  5 Years consulting sales experience and/or
–  5 Years telecommunications experience
 (Need to fufill at least two of the items above)
