Vacancy at Save the Children: Human Resources Manager

Save the Children Nigeria is one of five country programmes leading this work.
Save the Children has been working in Nigeria since 2001. Today, we are working in seven states in Nigeria focusing on making major improvements to maternal, newborn and child survival and the protection of children.

You will provide human resource management for the country programme and build the capacity of the HR team and maintain robust HR policies and practices to ensure legal compliance and maximise staff effectiveness.
The ideal candidate should be educated to degree level, with a postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
You must have proven skills and experience in managing transitions and changes in organisations.
