Box & Cedar, our client a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) with head quarters in Lagos and branches in every state of Nigeria, is seeking dynamic and passionate “out of box thinkers” for the following positions.
Job Title: Manager Network (HMO1)
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating activities of the HMO’S network in all the regions.
Recruiting, accrediting and re-accrediting new providers.
Monitoring providers to ensure quality delivery of services.
Supervising and coordinating the activities of care coordinator.
Qualification Specification
MBBS with a minimum of five years post qualification experience, three of which should be with an HMO.
MPH or MSC Public Health.
Behavioral Requirements
Computer literacy
Interpersonal skills
Presentation skills
Drivers license
Ability to work under pressure.
Out of box thinking
