A Nigeria Without Me

Nigeria’s Divine Destiny
“Our Divine Destiny which you can also call our manifold destiny as a nation is to be the leading light in the sociopolitical, economic and spiritual developments in the continent of Africa, spreading PEACE, PRODUCTIVITY, and PATRIOTISM. With our natural and human resources which are colossal and among the best in the world; the multi-cultural and ethnic structure of our nation which is significant, we are destined to be the beacon in Africa’s troubled waters”.

Every well-built house started in the form of a definite purpose plus a definite plan in the nature of a set of blueprints. What is your purpose, what is your function in establishing the divine destiny of Nigeria? The purpose of life is a life of purpose. To live without a purpose is to live a wasted live. Life here in Nigeria becomes exiting when you discover why you are here. You wake up every day knowing what to do and how to do it. When you understand why you live, you will understand why others should live. Finding your life purpose and your deepest life intentions can help you to move with greater focus and clarity every day of your life. you can start to find and develop your own purpose and intentions by stopping for a moment and asking yourself two questions: “What is most important to me in my life? What are my deepest values and beliefs?” Consider inviting divine guidance and your own inner wisdom to help you with this. Give yourself time to explore these questions and notice what comes up that touches and inspires you most deeply. Once you have some answers to these questions, use the answers to develop your life purpose and intentions. “I have brought myself by long meditation to the conviction that a human being or nation with a settled purpose must accomplish it, and that nothing can resist a will which will stake even existence upon its fulfillment.” – Benjamin Disraeli

Have you found why God made you a Nigerian? Or do you think it happened by chance? Everyday when you get up, what goes through your mind? Are excited about life being a Nigerian? Is there anything you live for? To many, all they live for is to try as much as they can – to get as much wealth as they can – to get as much fame as they can – and then after they get all of that, they get confused. Next thing is that they struggle to keep them. They worked hard to get it and they now work hard to keep it. Life is not about your haves and have not, but it’s about what you do with what you have. Life is not about who got there first, it’s about what you do when you get there. Greatness is not found in possessions, power, position, or prestige. It is discovered in goodness, humility, service, and character. – Lance Watson

There is a reason for living. What defines your life? Are you defined by your job, business, career, family name, looks or condition? I am a Nigerian – Is that all you are? I made the most money in Nigerian – is that all you are? I am the LGA Chairman, Governor, Senator, Minister, or President – Is that all you are? Is that all there is about you? Everything you have said or done is what someone else at one time or the other could have said or done. Is there nothing else that you can accomplish which nobody else has done and which nobody will ever accomplish. Are there no peculiar things and gifts in you? Deposited in you by God for the purpose of establishing the divine destiny of Nigeria and expand the kingdom of God. There is more to my life than wealth, pleasure, and just being a Nigerian. I am an extension of Gods hands here in Nigeria helping through my work to make Nigeria what God has designed her to be.
I teach, motivate, inspire and lead people to the path of life. Setting them on the course they must pursue. A Nigeria without me will have more people with misplaced priorities, more people who don’t know their purpose and direction, more people without effort and courage. That’s a failed Nigeria. So long as I am alive and active, there is hope for Nigeria to fulfill her manifold destiny.

Every one born is born with a gift and talent and these talents and gifts are solutions to problems in your family, community, society, state, or Nigeria at large.

We have many unfulfilled dreams gathering dust in the corner of our hearts? Somewhere along the course of time, we pinned down our passions to follow a robotic existence without inspiration or gusto. It is time to revive the dead passion. Each moment is an opportunity to reveal a miracle. Grace is a wonderful quality of the Spirit. When it is manifested in our lives, it brings the energy that uplifts our vibrations and clears the inner barriers. To be in a state of gratefulness is to put into practice the certainty that if we knock the door will be opened, and if we ask it will be given unto us. Have you ever observed nature closely? Have you ever noticed how a seed fights the earth to emerge into a victorious plant? Have you observed how a bird, with precision and hard work, finally manages to build its nest? Nature does not give up. Why should you? If you fail, you have yourself to blame. God is counting on you. Destiny calls.

Natural Destiny and Divine Destiny are two different destinies that’ has manifested in Nigeria. Natural destiny is guided and controlled by your location (where you were born, where you grew up), exposure (whatever you knew about, everything natural that has to do with you). Some people are poor because of natural destiny, some die because of natural destiny, some have something good happen to them but that’s not all there is in life.
By virtue of natural destiny, Nigeria became a nation by the amalgamation promulgation of 1914. This amalgamation forced us into becoming a nation. Many after studying the true meaning of “nation” and the case of Nigeria have said that Nigeria is not a nation rather a mere geographical expression. “Nation” – a group of people united by a common interest; “Nation” – a community of people or peoples living in a defined territory and organized under a single government; “Nation” – a community of people who share a common ethnic origin, culture, and historic tradition. Which of these definitions truly represent the nation “Nigeria” in totally? The answer is none. But, is that all there is about Nigeria? Nope.
There is divine destiny – the destiny of God in a man or nation’s life. It is the course of events organised by God, structured by God, in a way that brings God Glory. Its is the expression of Gods grace. It is the unveiling of God love. Divine destiny does not start until you encounter God. It does not start until you make that divine contact with the spirit of God.

The meaning of life is deeply mixed with the philosophical and religious conceptions of existence, social ties, consciousness, and happiness, and touches many other issues, such as symbolic meaning, ontology, value, purpose, ethics, good and evil, free will, conceptions of God, the existence of God, the soul, and the afterlife. “It’s not enough to have lived. We should be determined to live for something. May I suggest that it be creating joy for others, sharing what we have for the betterment of personkind, bringing hope to the lost and love to the lonely.”

Are you the Nigerian that will inspire and help others to have the right orientation, mindset and life? Are you the Nigerian that empowers others with information material things. Are you the Nigerian that is GREEN? – Productive. Are you the Eagle Nigerian? Very visionary. Are you the model of a new Nigerian?
Are you the ecumenical Nigeria promoting unity and friendliness? – Peace. You have what it takes to do one or more of the above mentioned.

Our national character has been assassinated by the actions and inactions of some of Nigerians. It’s time to get it right by first understanding purpose.
Helen Keller ones said that – Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, vision cleared, ambition inspired, and success achieved.

The Regeneration of a NEW and BETTER Nigeria is a constructive process of engaging all citizens in building social cohesion, economic prosperity and political stability in an inclusive and democratic way.   Admittedly, our mission as NGO (The GREEN R’ Nigeria) sounds unattainable and lofty for three reasons. (1) most Nigerians home and abroad claim to have lost hope in Nigeria, (2) even few who still have hope do not want to come to the center stage to let their light so shine in the midst of darkness, (3) the government’s insufficiently aware of the people’s feelings and unable to respond to them appropriately.

The GREEN R’ Nigeria (NGO) is an organization of people charged with the responsibility of raising a regenerated Nigerians with the right mindset and impacted with the ability to action; and actions that will cause positive change. Visit:www.thegreenrnigeria.org. Till our actions contribute to the greater splendor of Nigeria and till a collective consciousness of the nation in its quest for a better and stronger Nigeria with a clear agenda is reached, then and only then can we say that our raison d’etre has been accomplished.

William Shakespeare ones said – All glory comes from daring to begin. We have started, you can join this chariot and together we will accomplish
