Assistant Security Manager Needed at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc

Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc was incorporated in September 1960 as a private limited liability company, and commenced operations in 1962 with an installed capacity of 600 metric tons per day. The Company was converted to a public limited liability company in 1978, and its shares were subsequently listed on The Nigerian Stock Exchange.

The position of Assistant Security Manager is vacant in our organisation

The Job

Assist in ensuring security of company assets, operations and facilities
Conduct risk analysis, periodic security audits and investigations of accidents, theft and property loss
Recommend appropriate programmes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Implement company security policy and ensure efficient operations of security procedures in assigned areas.

The Person

Physically fit
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate
Sound judgement and interpersonal, leadership and problem solving skills
Proven ability to conduct and/or support sensitive investigations
Ability to develop unique solutions that guard business needs without loss or compromise

Qualification

First degree – BSc/HND
Other qualifications in security procedures, criminology or related fields will be an advantage
5 O Level credits including Mathematics and English Language

Experience

Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, security organisation or force
Experience in industrial security will be an advantage.
