Overnight explosions and gun attacks in Bauchi. 11 confirmed dead.

Several towns in Bauchi state including Bauchi Township the state capital  were attacked in an overnight raid by suspected Boko Haram fighters.

Eyewitnesses say that a police station in Tafawa Balewa local government area was targeted while another military checkpoint was attacked by suspected Boko Haram gunmen at Marar Rabar Liman Katagun.

Residents said they heard three explosions near IBB Square and the Jahun area.

Bauchi state commissioner of police Ikechukwu Aduba said Sunday that the attack happened overnight. He said a total of 11 people were killed, including civilians, police and army personnel who were running a checkpoint. Aduba said at least two churches were also attacked in a separate incident in the state.

The CP said police officers repelled the attackers in Tafawa Balewa area.

One thing about this is of bokoharam is that we christian ought to fight back even in the bible christians went to war and presently isreal are also in war with some islamic countries, i suppose wot some said of going into war against this people, if not nothing will be done by govt, let not talk about war but peace but for how long?????.
