A landlord was arrested by the police and charged along with two of his aides for intimidating Pastor Nicholas Nnubia of the Christian Pentecostal Mission, CPM, Ajao Estate, Lagos and ejecting him without proper notice.
The landlord, Anthony Diboshi, 46, has been charged before an Ikeja magistrates’ court in Lagos State, Southwest Nigeria for allegedly flogging and ejecting a pastor.
Nicholas narrated that the landlord’s wife rented out the place to them, but she travelled out of the country later on.
He said the landlord insisted that he and his family must leave his property because they got the apartment through his estranged wife.
He added that the landlord started to fight him and his family members just three months after they moved into the house.
He said that before the ultimatum the landlord gave expired, Mr. Anthony Diboshi came to the house with machete and whips and flogged him and chased him and his family out of the house.
Since the forceful ejection, Pastor Nicholas Nnubia and his family have been sleeping outside the house.
The lanlord may taught he is rihgt of what he does but in a real sense he is wrong but to God be the glory no problem is above God power,let the problem be solve and the pastor should not tink much let the cuort hand him over to the lord in case of any thing may happen.
This is outrageous! Treating a Man of God with contempt surely attracts God’s wrath and who can withstand it? It were better for that Landlord to ask God for mercy immediately unless he wants a miserable life. In my own opinion, I think the Landlord is not comfortable with the Pastor’s prayers. QED

These fake Pastors are always causing problems everywhere they go. Either using load speakers to disturb neighbours 24/7 or illegally invading other peoples properties via gullable house wives . If he is a true pastor why not get his refund and pack out. Why call the police? Jesus Christ did not teach his followers to settle their problems with police or law court but to call only to GOD. The land lord can not lose his wife and house to useless penticostal pastors. Let the police back off. It is purely a civil matter. A reasonable force is necessary/allowed to recover a valuable property in places like Lagos, PH, Aba, Onitsha, Kano especially from so called useless Pastors

Of a truth, that Lord is fighting God Almighty and who can fight God and win. Pharaoh tried it, he end up in the Red Sea. Nebuchadnezzar tried it, he end up being truck by an angel. \hrod tried it, he end up eating grass like an animal, to mention a few. So the lardlord should start praying for mercy from god and the Pastor or he will end up facing the wrath of God. Even if the pastor did not cgo to court, the landlord cannot escape. it is even better for him that the Pastor have gone to court than keeping quiet. So, for his own good, let him plead with the pastor .

What d landlord has done is very wrong. However I would like to advise people dat b4 u rent any apartment anywhere, pls make sure u know de real owner of d property, or his agent and pay to d right person too. I think if d pastor had done dis, he could have avoided d humiliation he has found himself in, today.
