REPORT TO: The CEO
The individual will be responsible for:
1.organizing the marketing and sales side of our business andmanaging our sales and marketing team to achieve better results.
2.driving strategy to guarantee the acceptance and adoptionof our products and services
3.initiating strategic partnerships that will strengthen ourposition in the market
4.growing our sales revenue for all products in all sectors
5.positioning our brand and increasing the stature andprofile of the company
Key Result Areas
1.Development and implementation of the sales strategy tomaintain and drive business growth.
2.Development and implementation of the marketing strategywith a focus on creating and developing the brand proposition andcommunications.

9.He/she must also know how to build and manage brands.
1.He/she must have an impressive track record in drivingsales and launching new products from start to finish.
2.Technology based Project/Product/Service sales experienceto Public Sector and Financial Services Sector is compulsory.
3.Must have an entrepreneurial flair.
