The wedding venue where Kim Kardashian got married to Kris Humphries last year, has been avoided like a plague by brides-to-be. The brides fear the venue is cursed and may make their marriages result in a divorce.

The reality star and her Brook Nets ex-husband had a lavish wedding ceremony last year at the home of Google’s CEO,Eric Schmidt .According to Radar Online, brides-to-be have been avoiding the venue, as they believe it is jinxed. Kim and Kris announced their divorce in October after just 72 days of marriage.

“Since Kim married Kris at Eric’s Montecito home, no one wants to get married there any more,” a source told the website.

“Before Kim, the home was often used in the Summer months as a place where the rich could hold their private weddings – but now couples are shunning the estate because they think the place is jinxed.”

“They saw that Kim’s marriage lasted just 72 days – and they just don’t want the same fate happening to them.”
