Criminals who had been terrorizing the people of Edo and Delta States were on Wednesday paraded by the 4 Brigade Nigeria Army, Benin, Edo State.
Commander of the Brigade, Birig.-Gen. Abel Umahi said while parading the suspects that the arrest was aided by the deployment of newly acquired tracking system in the state.
According to Umahi, among the hoodlums arrested were a 75-year-old witch doctor, kidnappers, drug dealers and armed robbers. The kidnappers were arrested at Ugbioyoko, Ekenwan Road, Benin in the company of Mrs. Bridget Iyamu who they had abducted.
Umahi explained that the kidnappers were riding with their victim’s Toyota car when they were apprehended.
