Roles &Responsibilities
Drive profitable growth in the Technology Services (TS) business across product lines; ensure proactive programs and appropriate processes are in place to grow TS installed base; attach and new business and to increase service levels to customers to ensure TCE. Accountable for e2e country TS business
Business Planning
Understand business dynamics and provide judgment on country order and revenue budget planning
Size and plan losses
Size and plan opportunities
Provide detailed business plan with tangible and measurable actions
Leverage Africa TS business plan
Analyze and incorporate new market trends and opportunities into the specific line of business strategy
Understand business challenges and provide counter program; leverage from Africa and MEMA teams, e.g. TPM attack plan

Adopt or expand TS IB business strategy in line with Africa TS

Business Management

 Develop and Implement a Sales Plan delivering breakthrough Year on Year Order Growth
 Drive end-to-end implementation of revenue growth initiatives in close cooperation with Africa regional teams and fully synchronized with Sales, Marketing, Service Deliver and Customer Operations. This includes leading the development of the initiative plans, the timely implementation of all agreed actions and to ensure the agreed objectives will be achieved
Participate  and prepare for Finance calls and planning  (fct and WD5)
Develop close relationships with C level contacts at key customers
Manage business escalations at your customers ensuring that clear communication is maintained both with the customer and within the local and regional business managers as appropriate
Develop a clear understanding of the TS Delivery strategies and implementation plans and ensure that they are aligned with the business and sales teams.
Support and drive  Delivery Model
Participate and prepare for sales fct calls (fctA & fctB)
Drive TS inclusion in account planning
Increase MCP footprint in country
Achieve revenues, orders and line of business specific growth targets
Support the development and implementation of the overall country business plan
Analyze monthly results and provide mitigation plans and workarounds for challenges and issues (as appropriate with region support if it is not a local problem)

Education and Experience Required:
Typically first level university degree or equivalent work experience
Typically 7+ years experience in BU management preferrably on IT Services in a similar position
