Tunisia Kids’ Magazine Sued For Publishing How To Make Petrol Bomb

A children’s magazine in Tunisia has been sued by the country’s Women and Family Affairs Ministry after it published a story detailing how to make Molotov cocktails.

The Tunis-based ministry said in a statement that the article on how to make petrol bomb, published in the September edition of Rainbow, posed a threat to the lives of young ones and also encouraged acts of vandalism and terrorism.

Reacting to the law suit, editor of the magazine, Mongi Chebbi said in a phone interview, “I take full responsibility for the article’s publication.” He however declined further comments.
