Former minister of the FCT, Malam Nasir El-rufai has told his former colleague in the Obasanjo cabinet and present minister of finance, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala to ‘sharrap.’

The pint sized politician stated this in response to Iweala’s allegations that Dino Melaye’s recent call for her removal is sponsored by indicted oil barons.

The two have not seen eye ball-to-eye ball of recent on the present administration’s policy drive of which Iweala is the co-ordinator.

  1. El-Rufai should stop the holier than thou acts he has been into since the ship has left on the dry shores, and he is neither here nor there since leaving corridors of power, pity.

  2. Hhhhhm nigerians cn we ve respect 4 our leaders, rememba 1 day u ll b dere if sm1 did 2 u wat u did hw ll u fel? plz let ve conscience

  3. what you define as undecency and disrespect in the Nigerian politics is different in other advance countries context, however critizism is a mechnism for development and setting controls in a nation like Nigeria where our leaders seems to be over riding their boundries and there predifened privelages by the Nigerian constitution. Aa for mallam el-rufai’s statement on madam finance is expressing his civil right as every other Nigerian is allowed constitutinally. that is the reason why advance countries recognised the use of public debates for public office holders to explain and report to the public on any policy the government embarked upon which the Nigerian public office holders shy away to such functions due to their untransparent actions and fraudilent acivities. Its a BIG SHAME on them that they cant account for their actions and responsibilities their by throwing the blame on individuals that makes a negative criticism.

  4. This’s Nigeria and that’s the way we want to live, we sometime leave a very important issue to open another one despite its importance.
