Role Summary/Purpose:Faciliate and manage revenue growth and operational activity through dsitribution model in the West Africa region.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Develop and achive annual regioanl sales plan
  • Mangement all aspects of the sales process from analysis of customers initial sated requirements through formal pro forma quoatation to receip of order and timely fulfillment
  • Train and coach regional distributors’ sales staff to ensure the highest level of technical and commercila competence
  • aintain close contact with regional distributors and final end usees through regular country visits to ensure close and positive business relationaships
  • Ensure that regioanl distributors and customers and fully trained on all techical aspects of the Wayne product range
  • Ensure all regional distributor agreements are current
  • Co-ordinate relationshoips and interface with Commercial Operations; Technical Marketing, Product Management and other functions
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similiar techical sales role in West Africa
  • Fluent English and French (written and spoken)
  • Prepared and able to travel throughout region
