Zeitgeist analysed over one trillion queries to showcase what the world searched for in 2012 and came up with the following ‘2012 Search Trends’ for Nigeria.

Getting admitted into higher institution of learning remains a big deal in Nigeria, no wonder the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB topped the list of the trending searches.

Despite Arsenal FC’s lackluster performance so far this season, they still have roots in the hearts of many Nigerians as they make the list for the most searched sports team…except maybe their bad performance is the sole reason why people search about the club online; same reason someone said was why Tonto Dike made the list for the Most Searched Top Nollywood celebrities and Omotola didn’t.
