World’s Oldest Living Person Dies

No matter how long you live, you must die someday. No one lives forever, not even Dina Manfredini.

Dina Manfredini, the world’s oldest person, on Monday passed away in Johnston, Iowa. She was 115 years old.

Guinness World Records confirmed her holder of the title of world’s oldest living person just shy of two weeks ago. Her cause of death has not been released.

Guinness spokesman Robert Young says the next in line for the title is believed to be a Japanese Jiroemon Kimura, who was born on April 19, 1897. He is 15 days younger than Manfrendi.

  1. D world’s guiness book of record don’t even do enough research before announcement because there’s a man in kwara state, nigeria who is 133 years old & stil giving birth & there are so many of them like that in nigeria so definitely dina manfredini isn’t d oldest.

  3. D woman is not the oldest , they have to do resarch well before announcing. A woman from Agulu , Anambra state Nigeria live up to 150 yrs before she gave up to the host.

  4. you guniess u dont even check ages before u start posting it why most u people talk about your countrys and not others ok let me quote u wrong by saying my grand mother ibuka ukah is still alive now and she is 150yrs(1864) and her time almost was the year when she saw the first typerwriter made by Glldden sholes and also experience the first world war and more till now so please come and see more or hear more from us at (Megde Akaeze,ivo LGA.
