Mario Balotelli

Contrary to Manchester City coach Roberto Mancini’s claim that his troubled striker, Mario Balotelli is going nowhere, the Italian international’s chequered career at the English champions side came to an end on Tuesday when he signed for AC Milan in a deal thought to be worth 20 million euros.

“Mario Balotelli to Milan, the player will come tomorrow for his medical and sign his contract,” the Milan Channel announced.

City paid Inter Milan £22 million ($34.5 million) for the Italy striker in August 2010, but his time at the club has been peppered with controversy both on and off the pitch with the latest been his training ground bust up with Mancini.
