Cellulite is a major problem for women all over the world. Skinny or fat, everyone has a trouble spot. Here are a few ways to effectively reduce the appearance of cellulite and maybe even make it disappear completely.
1, Cardio exercises:
Cardio exercise has been proven to help you get rid of cellulite irrespective of size. Use exercises that target the buttocks, hips and thigh areas. Walking, cycling and running are great for this.
2, Drink Water
Water strengthens the skin by keeping it hydrated and flushing out toxins. However, don’t drink too much water as this could lead to swelling underneath the cellulite – 1.5 litres a day is just enough.
3, Eat foods that provide Lecithin
Eat these foods daily as they restore the strength of skin cells. Eggs, apples, soy, spinach, cauliflower, peanuts and Iceberg lettuce are all Lecithin rich foods, so they’re great for getting rid of cellulite.
4, Eat Protein
Protein stimulates and strengthens the production of collagen and elastin which keeps cellulite at bay. Eat lean meats, turkey, nuts, skimmed milk and pulses.
5, Eat Plenty of Fruits and Vegetables
Choose fruits and vegetables high in fibre and water content as some fruits and vegetables are better than others. Try oranges, watermelon and grapefruit, which are low in sugar and high in fibre.
