Syria warAn angry mob apprehended a suspected bomber on Wednesday near Emir’s palace and killed him.

It was gathered that the mob apprehended the suspected bomber on Wednesday after he set off an Improvised Explosive device near a Mosque very close to the palace of the Emir of Kano, Ado Bayero.

The explosion went off at Kofar Fatawal by Kano Central Mosque. The aggrieved mob were able to arrest one of the bombers who had arrived on a tricycle to set off the bomb.

The mob, as was further gathered, pursued the bombers after the blast, set off one of them ablaze before handing over the rest to security personnels.

Ikedioha Iweha, the spokesman for the Joint Task Force in Kano confirmed the incident, adding that no one died from the explosion itself.

On January 19, the Emir escaped being killed by assasins when some unknown gunmen threw IED at his convoy.
