The Speaker of the Taraba State House of Assembly, Honourable Istifanus Haruna Gbana, has been impeached.
Mr. Gbana was reportedly impeached early Monday morning.
Although the offence that led to his impeachment is unknown yet, a new speaker has not been elected.
